初めての商品をご購入の方は、必ず下記を一読ください。

うるしは、ひとつひとつ丁寧に造られた手仕事の器です。 扱っている商品は、素材感・柄・塗りの色合いが一点違います。 また、商品画像の色味や質感なども閲覧環境により若干異なる場合がございます。

 

＊ご購入の際には、ご希望の商品の在庫確認をして頂いてから、お手続きを進めて下さい。

 ■商品の在庫確認・発送について

・在庫のある商品の場合

発注された商品の代金は5日（営業日）以内にご入金→ご入金確認が取れ次第、随時発送させていただきます。

・在庫のない商品・オーダー商品の場合

在庫確認および入荷予定日をご連絡させていただきます。入荷の際には、早急に発送いたします。 また、商品によっては20日〜6ヶ月単位はかかることとなり、商品到着にかなりの時間をいただくこととなります。

 

 

■漆製品の取り扱いについて

・うるしの匂いについて

出来上がりのうるしは独特の匂いがする場合があります。気になる方は、風通しの良い場所に陰干し、また、米びの中に数日入れてから、取り出して使ってください。

・取り扱い方の注意

とりあえず日光・直火・電子レンジ・オーブンレンジ・オーブントースター・断った液体など高温化での使用は避けてください。

食洗機・乾燥機・冷蔵庫（乾漆以外）などには入れません。

酸性・アルカリ性・研磨性洗剤・硬質スポンジ・ブラシのご使用はお避けください。（中性洗剤は可能です）

金属製のフォークやナイフのご使用はお避けください。

めちゃくちゃに熱いものを漆に直接入れた後、内側が白く変色する場合がありますが、使用上は何ら問題はありません。

漆の剥げかかったものや傷を生じた場合には、修理が可能です。その際は、ご相談（別途料金）ください。再生してご利用いただければ何年にも渡ってご利用になれます。

■About Product Availability and Shipping

- In-stock items

Payment for the ordered item must be received within 5 business days. Once payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

- Out-of-stock items/Custom-made items

We will confirm availability and notify you of the expected arrival date. Once in stock, we will ship the item as soon as possible. Depending on the product, delivery may take anywhere from 20 days to 6 months.

■About Handling Lacquer Products

- About the Smell of Lacquer

Finished lacquerware may have a distinctive odor. If this bothers you, dry it in the shade in a well-ventilated place or place it in a rice cooker for a few days before removing it and using it again.

Handling Precautions

For now, please avoid exposure to sunlight, open flames, microwaves, ovens, toaster ovens, and high-temperature environments such as refrigerated liquids.

Do not place in the dishwasher, dryer, or refrigerator (other than dry lacquer).

Avoid using acidic, alkaline, or abrasive detergents, hard sponges, or brushes. (Neutral detergents are OK.)

Avoid using metal forks or knives.

If extremely hot food is placed directly on the lacquer, the inside may turn white, but this will not affect its usability.

If the lacquer peels or becomes scratched, it can be repaired. Please contact us for a consultation (additional fee). Once restored, it can be used for many years.
