乾漆薄丸盆＆フォーク

丸盆といってもお皿としても活用できます。ご飯やお料理、お茶やお菓子を

のせたりするのがお盆・trayの役目ですが、

これと言った決まりなく、お料理やデザートなどのお皿としても大活躍できます。

サイズは大小とあるので、大に盛り付け、小は取り皿として使えます。

今回は、桜の季節に合わせて、桜餡のケーキにフォークを添えました。

乾漆：麻布に漆を塗り固め、３重に重ね塗りした漆器。

 厚さ1mmにも満たないほど薄く、しかも一般に使われる木素材に比べ、　　　　　　　かなり軽いです。
また、感触が手に優しく、滑らかです。
使えば使うほど、ツヤが出てきて色にも深みを齎します。
木素材漆器にはない、唯一惣菜を入れたまま冷蔵庫に保存可能です。

Dry lacquer: Lacquerware made by applying lacquer to linen cloth and hardening it, and then applying three layers of lacquer.

It is so thin that it is less than 1mm thick, and is much lighter than commonly used wooden materials.
It is also gentle and smooth to the touch.
The more you use it, the more glossy it becomes and the deeper the color becomes.
It is the only one that can be stored in the refrigerator with side dishes inside, which is not possible with wooden lacquerware.
