3/3ひな祭りに手まり寿司で春を誘う!!

日本では3月3日は、雛祭り。「桃の節句」と言われ、女の子の健やかな成長と健康を願い、お雛様を飾ります。桃の花の咲く春爛漫の季節がもうすぐ到来ですね。

小さなお子様からご年配の方まで愛されるちらし寿司。同じ寿司飯でも、今回は見た目も、手に取っても可愛い、手まり寿司をurushi trayに盛り付けてみました。

このGOLDのtrayは、金の手漉き和紙を貼り付けた上にurushiを塗ったものです。

手まり寿司以外にも、オードブル、フルーツ、デザート、おつまみなどをちょこちょこっとのせていっても、見栄えもよく軽く摘んで召し上がれます。
