Negoro lacquer: A type of Japanese painting technique, it is a lacquer ware that applies red lacquer to the undercoat with black lacquer.

The name comes from Negoroji Temple in Wakayama Prefecture. The red lacquer on the surface is worn out, and the black lacquer applied to the base is exposed in places, often looking like a pattern.

Jianshui: One of the tea utensils, it is a container for throwing away the water and hot water used when purifying and warming the bowl.
