Ishime dry lacquer: A technique for applying lacquer mixed with ground powder (dry lacquer powder). It features a rough texture reminiscent of the texture of stones. The good thing about stone coating is that it is not noticeable even if the surface is scratched, and it is hard to slip when you hold it.
